I bought my first property when I was 21 and still at university. I have never used my degree and have been hooked on investing in property ever since.

It all started by attending a training course where the trainer taught us how to be professional investors rather than amateurs. There is a stigma that a property investor is expected to be a middle aged man and is not what a young woman should be doing but that just made me more determined to achieve my dreams to prove people wrong!

And here I am today as a full time investor with a £2 million portfolio at age 27 and living off the passive income that the rents produce.
